Systems change refers to transforming the structures, policies, and mindsets that shape how societies function, aiming for long-lasting impact rather than temporary fixes.

To address the root causes of social, economic, and environmental challenges, including inequality, poverty, and climate change systemic change is needed, as it is important to recognize that many of these problems do not live in silos but rather are interconnected, like a ball of tangled strings.

Systems change requires stepping back, seeing how the strings intertwine, and carefully reweaving the ball so that it supports fairness, resilience, and sustainability.

This means implementing policies and strategies that integrate climate action, social equity, and economic development, while engaging all stakeholders, governments, communities, and businesses. The goal is not just to mend a single thread but to reshape the whole ball of tangles, ensuring that societies can thrive in harmony with each other and the planet.
